Pre production
Production
The Shoot - Filming is a fun and extremely rewarding process. A detailed rundown of the project requirements enables the team to remain professional and focused on working toward a productive and successful shoot with minimal disruption and maximum results.
Post production
Digitising - After the shoot all the rushes are digitised onto the media drives in our state-of-the-art edit suites.
Editing - The editor and director work together at creating the initial cut. Audio commentary, music, graphics and animations are incorporated creating a version ready for client viewing. At this stage you will be able to discuss any necessary amendments.
Final edit - Agreed changes are incorporated and a viewing at this stage results in the client approving the final edit. An audio mix completes the program ready for delivery.
Backup and archiving - The program will be archived on our system ready for updates or to incorporate changes that might be required at a later date.
Content Delivery - Watchit utilises new technology by providing a number of different delivery formats. One will be selected that enables the client to maximise their audience reach whilst maintaining budgetary control. Possible delivery formats include DVD, web, intranet, CD-ROM, PowerPoint presentations and mobile phones.

Pre production
Initial briefing - Together we discuss the objectives of the production including, key message, format, style, creative approach, target audience, and budget.
Proposal - We will submit a detailed proposal with our recommendations and costs. This will include a draft shooting script that forms the basis of the production.
Script Refinement - The script is amended and developed in response to your input. The final script is then approved by the client.
